Our last night abroad, Panama City, Panama
We can not say thank you enough to our family and friends who have supported us emotionally, financially and as cheerleaders, helping us create, accomplish and successfully achieve this dream. A very special thank you to all who donated, it allowed us to do things that we otherwise would not have been able to, like visit the Tower in London, scuba dive in the Philippines, parasail in Nepal, drink wine in Argentina, sip cappuccino all over the globe and so much more.
To my girlfriends who threw me a surprise "I'm not having a baby, baby shower" and handing me a check. This gesture of love and support continues to make me smile and I feel so lucky to have such amazing women in my life.

Uncle Bob and Aunt Cleatus, thank you for helping us get this blog up and running! Thank you for the great idea to send post cards from every country to our nieces. Thank you for always being enthusiastic, supportive and truly stoked for us. We are so grateful for all you did for us, and continue to do for us.

Monica, Tommy and Noah, holy cow you live in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. We could sit and listen to you speak, with your adorable French accents, for hours on end. Thank you Monica for giving up your bedroom, for the backyard BBQ, for the recommendations for food, hikes and must do's while in Chamonix.

To my family in Italy, grazie!! A special thanks to Giorgio for serving as our translator, this is exhausting work and you did it with grace and patience. Valerio, you are always cracking jokes and so full of contagious energy. Ghislaine, thanks for all the walks and for being so kind. Fabio, it was so nice to meet your beautiful family and get to know your kids. Roberto, Antonella, Ilaria, Stephania and Francesco our time in Bolzano with you has made us want to live in Bolzano. Your hospitality is unparalleled. We still talk about that pizza, that gelato, the morning coffee, but mostly how much fun we had that night. To all my family in Italy, even to those I have yet to meet, GRAZIE MILLE!

Erin for meeting us in Greece and sharing in this amazing experience. Thanks for napping all over Crete, island hoping with Jason, for drinking ouzo and being open to adventure.

Ginny and Eric Hanson and Sak Saum thank you for doing what you do and thank you for allowing us to volunteer and see first hand the good works you are doing for Cambodia, the US and the world by advocating for human rights and speaking out to end human and sex trafficking.

Thank you to my incredible instructors and class mates who helped me become a certified yoga instructor. Thank you for pushing me past my self inflicted limits and helping me accomplish things that I didn't know I was capable of. I will always remember our time in Pokhara.

Michal, thank you for flying half way across the world to spend Christmas and New Year's with us and explore Bali! Your excitement for adventure and lust for life are inspiring. Thank you for storing a lot of our stuff, for letting us watch your Netflix and for just being you.

Oka and Chocolate, thank you for offering us a home base in Legian. Oka, thank you for doing our laundry, always providing hot water for tea and coffee, for fascinating conversation, tour guide tips, letting us store our stuff, giving us surf beta and for being one of the most kind souls we met on our journey. Thank you for letting chocolate sleep in our room during nap time!

Uncle Dennis, thank you for letting us overstay our welcome. Having this time with you made us fall in love with Australia. Thank you for letting us dirty every dish in your kitchen and use appliances for the first time in their lives. Remember, if your window washer retires or if you or Jenny needs a new gardener, we can be on the next flight over, just make sure the bed has clean sheets.

Thank you Ally for basically allowing two acquaintance's crash at your parent's new home. Thank you for the long walk, the coffee, the food, the conversation and the oh so comfortable bed. We wish you all the best on your journey.

Narit! You continue to be a voice of support and encouragement, thank you for the long chats and texts. You are a bright light and we look forward to our paths crossing as often as possible.

Melanie! Thank you for making the effort to meet up with us in Australia AND New Zealand! We hope your life in Australia is everything you hoped for. We are so impressed with all that you have accomplished, the adventurous life you lead and can't wait for what lies ahead for you. The next time you are in Cali, call us!

Fro and Jewels, thank you for letting two perfect strangers crash at your house for an entire weekend. You two have created something incredibly special at your home and we are so very grateful to have met you and hope to see you in Tahoe.

Greg and Ceals, we wish we lived closer. It felt like we were home with you two and Baxter. Thank you for letting us stay, taking us to all the great spots, for giving us your car and planning our camping, hiking, beach trip on our way to meet you at FrozenJewels. Because of you two we were able to see so much more of NSW and are greatly appreciative of all you did for us. You always have a place to call home in Truckee.

Ricardo and Ziu, what started with a chat in Mendoza, Argentina over both our food being stolen from the refrigerator, led to an absolutely incredible day with you two in your home city of Santiago, Chile. Such gracious hosts and tour guides. We hope to offer you the same hospitality when you come to the USA.

To our amazing Salt Flat tour crew. Thank you for not making three days in a Land Cruise and one large bedroom awkward.

Carolina, Spanish teacher extraordinaire! We learned more in our six days with you than in two years of high school Spanish. And your smile and personality were contagious. Muchas gracias!

Debbie and Mike Perkins, thank you for absolutely spoiling us throughout the trip and welcoming us home with your thoughtful, generous, kind gestures of support. Thank you for letting me drive the riding lawn mower and use the wood splitter. We look forward to more adventures with the two of you!

Cindy and Arthur, thank you for reaching out and inviting us into your home. Those scallops are still making our mouths water. We had so much fun getting to know your kids and we hope the home extension goes off without a hitch. Let's make sure it's not another twenty years before we see each other.

Sean your city driving skills are insane! Thank you for the whirlwind tour of Boston, thank you and Kimberly for the east coast style burritos, wine, and for all the old school Tahoe stories.

Rhonda and Joe, you two have so much energy and lust for life, thank you for sharing your home city with us, for being such gracious hosts and travel guides! Thank you for making us laugh, cooking us delicious food, but most importantly, for introducing us to Rita's Italian Ice!

Lipinski's! A trip to Ohio just would not have been the same without you. Thanks for welcoming us into your home as if we were family. Can't wait to come back and swim in the pond!

Uncle David and Aunt Cyndi, oh man, we haven't laughed this hard since leaving your house. What an amazing time we had with you guys. Thanks for the new skill set in building cedar ice chest holders AND for the Chicago style pizza!

Barb and Tony, thank you for just being in our lives. We are so grateful to get to call you family and love staying up late playing cards. Barb, you can come and cook for us anytime!

Mike, Sandy and Taylor you were so lucky to live so close to the Amish bakery. Thank you for the pool time, the two pairs of Converse and for letting us stay in your room, Taylor. We are so excited that you now live in Reno. We have so much to explore on the West Coast.

We know not everyone is pictured here, but seriously, Wisconsin and Minnesota you rock! Thank you, thank you, thank you! There are so many people to give shout outs too, but you know who you are, and you know what kindness you showed us. We simply can't say thank you enough for the lodging, the food, the drinks, the chickens, the jet skis, the motor boat, the stories, oh the stories! We love you guys!

Brad! Since we basically have the same last name, we consider you family. We can't wait to go elk hunting with you. That elk burger was insane!!
Thank you for answering our call and inviting us in. You truly live in one of the most beautiful places in the US.

Aunt Debbie and Uncle Larry, your condo in McCall offers such tranquility, rest and relaxation. Thank you for leting us stay here and recover our wits. We can't express how much this helped us.

Max, we don't think we will ever see a more perfect belly flop. Your dedication to pulling that off is admirable. You mean so much to us and we loved having time with you guys and finally getting to see your tree house in person!

Wes, Katie and baby girl!! Thank you for showing us just a snippet of what Bend has to offer. You are two of the sweetest people we know, thank you for taking me to yoga, Trader Joe's, floating the river and letting us stay in your home, we hope to build it one day, as it is truly perfection.

Carrie, Robert, Catherine and Sarah, thank you for letting us stay at your house while you were in San Diego. Thank you for letting me organize the cupboards, I can't tell you how much joy that brought me! It was awesome getting to spend some time together at Aunt Gigi and Uncle Roberts. We had so much fun sending post cards from every country to Catherine and Sarah and can't wait to spend more time together.

Thank you Aunt Gigi and Uncle Robert for all that you do for and for seeing us off, that first day.

Thank you James and Elisabeth for a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay in Ross, and, as always, for the delicious wine and conversation!!
Thank you Rochelle, Fred, Emma, Karlee and Connor for the wildly calm atmosphere of your home. Rochelle and Fred, we can't tell you how valuable candidly talking to you is to us. We love and admire how open and honest you are. We strive to be more like that.
Thank you Mike, Erica and Jack McKelvey for letting us park our car at your house for fifteen months! Thanks for not letting a family of mice move in. We had so much fun learning that you were pregnant and watching you grow and become a family.
Thank you Dad and Jody for letting us decompress at your home and get ready for the final drive up the hill.

Bill, Sue, Sean, Wenn, Declan and Torin Madigan, thank you for the warm welcome home and the wonderful pizza party and boat time. We enjoyed watching your belly (Wenn) and family grow!

Thank you Kevin, Sally, Gavin, Miles, and Charlotte for a place to stay until we could move back into our house.
Friends and family, some of whom we don't have pictures of, and anyone whom we may have forgotten in this post, please know that it was not intentional. We could not have made it to 5 continents and 33 countries without you. Thank you for welcoming us into your homes, feeding and drinking us, letting us do laundry and giving us tours of your hometowns. Thank you for cheering us on, for reading our blog, for chatting with us until the wee hours of morning. Thank you for reaching out and inviting us in.
With love and gratitude, Two Travel Bugs
